How the calendar works
Jay is open 9:10 am to 9:10 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and closed on Wednesdays. Appointments are 50 minutes, so times run 9:10, 10:00, 10:50 and so on until the last one that finishes by 9:10 pm.
Unless the calendar says it is showing live times, it shows Jay's open hours rather than his actual bookings: Wednesdays and times that have already passed are blocked out, and everything else is offered. Square confirms the exact open time when you book, which is why the last step always happens on Square.
Times are Pacific. The calendar works them out in Pacific time, not from your device's clock, so it reads the same wherever you are.
